บริษัท เพ็ญเทค จำกัด ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อเดือนมกราคม พ.ศ. 2534 โดยวิศวกรผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านเครื่องสูบน้ำและอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และได้รับการแต่งตั้งให้เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายแต่เพียงผู้เดียวในประเทศไทยของปั๊ม Gorman-Rupp ผู้นำระดับโลกด้าน Self-Priming Centrifugal Pump ตลอดกว่า 30 ปี เพ็ญเทคได้ขยายขอบข่ายธุรกิจอย่างต่อเนื่อง ทั้ง Submersible Mixer ของ LJM (เดนมาร์ก) เครื่องบดขยะของ JWCE (สหรัฐอเมริกา) ปั๊มงานพิเศษของ Cornell (สหรัฐอเมริกา) และความร่วมมือกับ Grundfos (Thailand) ในการจำหน่ายปั๊มจุ่ม อีกทั้งร่วมกับ Gorman-Rupp จัดตั้ง Asian Distribution Center เพื่อบริการจัดส่งสินค้าทั่วภูมิภาคเอเชียแปซิฟิก Pen-Tech Company Limited was founded in January 1991 by a group of engineers specializing in pumps and related equipment, and was appointed the exclusive distributor of Gorman-Rupp — the world-leading self-priming centrifugal pump — in Thailand. Over three decades, Pen-Tech has continuously expanded into LJM submersible mixers (Denmark), JWCE wastewater grinders (USA) and Cornell special-application pumps (USA), and collaborates with Grundfos (Thailand) for submersible pumps. Together with Gorman-Rupp, Pen-Tech also operates the Asian Distribution Center serving customers across the Asia-Pacific region.
